CCPA Privacy Notice

This CCPA Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”). It describes the categories of personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the rights California residents have.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information from visitors to technograde.net}:

Identifiers — such as your name, email address, and IP address.
Internet activity — such as pages visited, browser and device information, and interaction with the Site.
Geolocation data — approximate location derived from your IP address.
Information you provide — such as the contents of messages you send us.

We do not sell personal information for money. Know what personal information we collect about you and why, and to request a copy of that information.
Delete personal information we collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, where we must keep it to complete a transaction or comply with the law).
Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Opt out of sale/sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request to know, delete, correct, or opt out, contact us at admin@technograde.net} with the subject line “CCPA Request” and enough detail for us to locate your information. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, for example by confirming the email address you used with us. You may authorise an agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided the agent supplies proof of authorisation and we can verify your identity.

We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within the time required by law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, contact us at admin@technograde.net} with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. We will process your opt-out as required by law and will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.
